RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Queen Choice we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality check before it is carefully packaged and shipped to you. Because our items are delicate and intimately worn, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Damages and Issues (Unboxing Video Mandatory). In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.
 To be eligible: 
  • Unboxing Video Required: You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the courier package. This serves as vital proof to validate claims of transit damage.
  • Timeframe: You must report the damage to us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receiving the package. 
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement of the same design (subject to availability) or issue Store Credit to use on your next purchase. 
Exceptional Conditions for Cash Refunds: 
Under exceptional circumstances—such as if the product arrived damaged and a replacement is entirely out of stock, or if an inventory error prevents us from fulfilling your paid order—we will issue a full refund of the paid amount back to your original payment method.
